At RedStone Estate 2010 holds big promises for all as we plan to commence construction during the second quarter of 2010! Following the effects of 2008 and 2009 where all property activity almost come to a halt, RedStone is pleased that it did achieve substantial sales to warrant the commencement of construction of the first phases of RedStone Village!

Some exciting news – we are in the process of upgrading the main entrance area to Redstone Estate. Up to date we have planted many trees (Celtis Afrikana – Wit Stinkhout / White Stinkwood) larger than 6 meters! We have also completed construction of a natural water feature at the entrance.

We hosted our first Mountain Bike Race at Redstone Estate on the 29th of November 2009. What a great day it was with almost 500 cyclists taking part! Congratulation to Anton Small, the winner of the inaugural event! This will be an annual event made up of four races during the year. Prizes to be won as well as a Floating Trophy at the end of the four races!
